Type with me
Type with me is a hypermedia tool which allows you to join a text chat room which anyone can post or reply , this can be helpful in a school environment as if they teacher is not present or busy they can ask questions via chatroom and other students can reply if they know answer or teacher can use chat room sitting down no matter where they are , this is a helpful program to have open while doing work if you are looking for help or helping classmates.

Progression
This lesson i have finished the maintenance report with no real problems aswell as the one of the issues report which i have completed on privacy , sir helped with what the maintenance report should consist of aswell as the Issue 2 report., zach continued on with the systems diagram representation rep ort with a few porlbems , blake continued on website creating all of his links aswell as plotting more on the website and planning to take pictures and were to input them aswell as collecting photos itself on the second half of the lession.

Progression
I have finished the context diagram with no real problems , just took a little bit of time due to microsoft word not ideal program, Discussed the hyperlinks needed on the website prototype with team mates and how detailed they need to be , zach started progress on cost of all software and cost to run the website estimate .

Progression
Progressing through Gantt Chart , had a problem with google docs cloud technology , as some shapes that was on the document didnt not transfer through to google so when retrieved by zachs computer some things were missing however these were fixed as i re did the shapes which did not take long , zach working on information report , blake continued website creating and started digital storybord , teacher helped with information report asked by zach

Progression
Finished gantt chart and transferred through cloud technology to the computer in which we store data , Cloud technology was difficult at first to figure out how to be able to transfer document from one format to another however by consistency was able to figure out how to transfer with help via Mr Raeburn , blake continuing through making website and zach continuing objectives list

New ipt website groups
Blake has started with the website , me and zach have started the report and mapping out who and when were going to gather the info about each aspect of the report and started storyboarding the proto type website and the report.

We completed the google task , with liam doing a good job on the timeline and helping with design of power point and me gathering and inputting information about on other slides aswell as creating hyperlinks , we did learn alot about google during this task

Progress
Not much progress this week , still starting and sorting our game plan out , learning how to use dreamweaver is what the group has been progressing on . As for problems , no big problems has occurred besides deciding who writes what but it was decided by a game of old fashion paper sissors rock

Website storyboard
The storyboard of our prototype school website has started , we've all started progress running ideas through each other , with everyone on the team contributing to ideas on the design and on how the network works together , eliminating problems with the original site and how we can change the site for the better.
